House Rules

1. IMPORTANT: DO NOT smoke inside the unit as it will trigger the fire alarm. If you smoke and trigger the alarm, a significant fine will be imposed by the Toronto Fire Department ($1,000 up to $10,000 fine). And you will be asked to leave with NO refund!

2. Please let us know in advance if you need underground parking because it is limited and needs to be reserved. The fee is $30/night.
There is NO Visitor lot or ask concierge for parking, condo management/Security will fine and tow the car!

3. REMINDER: REMEMBER TO TAKE OFF YOUR shoes n BOOTS at all times before stepping further into the unit! In WINTER, it carries salt and melted snow = very bad for hard wood floor. Thank you!

4. Please let us know in advance if you need underground parking because it is limited and needs to be reserved. The fee is $30/night.

5. No excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs ($100-$250) may apply .

6. Check out is at 11 a.m. Please put the key and the FOB back to where you found them. ($250 will be charged to you for lost or non-return of the Fob).

7. Do take notice and comply to our House Rules during your stay.

8. Do not use Condo facilities, Condo Management do not allow Airbnb guests to use, if get caught, will be fined $500 + tax.

9.Extra Sheets for sofa bed available upon request, it is $30 extra. Penalty will be imposed if you booked for more than specified number of guest in Airbnb.

10.Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Security-enforced building quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 10:00a.m.

11.People other than those in the Guest party set forth in the on-line registration, may not stay overnight in the property.  Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.  Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit of 6.

12.All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 

13.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.

14.Only use appliances for their intended uses.

15.Do NOT put shrimp shells, oyster shells, seashells, sand, glass, plastic or bones in the food/garbage disposal in the sink.  

16.Pets are NOT allowed. Unauthorized pets will incur an additional $300 cleaning fee and be removed from the premises.

17.Do NOT spray sunscreen/oil inside the condo.  Do NOT sit on the inside furniture with wet bathing suits or applied sunscreen.  It will stain the furniture and you will be responsible for the damage.  
18.Housekeeping:  There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.  We do not permit white towels or linens to be taken from the unit.  DO NOT hang towels on balcony railing.
19.You must be at least 25 years old, be a guest during the reservation dates, and have a valid photo ID to make a reservation and check-in at Fantasy Suites group

1. COVID Policy:  We highly recommend travel insurance as refunds are not given if you cannot travel due to being diagnosed with COVID-19. You may not enter our property if you or anyone traveling with you
1. Has had a fever in the last 7 days.
2. Have recently been diagnosed with or are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19
3. If you’ve recently had close contact with someone who has COVID-19.
2. Cancelation Policy:
1. If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the rental fee will be refunded as follows: 
• 100 % if cancelled 30 days prior to the Check-in Date 
• 50 % if cancelled 15-29 days prior to the Check-in Date
• NO Refund if cancelled 0-14 days prior to the Check-in Date
2. Cancellations due to weather:  Refunds due to weather only when mandatory evacuations are issued.  If a mandatory evacuation is ordered for the property the unused days will be refunded.   No refunds for rain or hurricanes.
3. No refunds if you cannot travel due to being diagnosed with COVID-19
4. Refunds are given when a mandatory closure of short-term rentals is issued.    
3. Security Cameras, Video Door Bell and Smart Devices: All elevators and common areas are monitored 24/7 via video by the onsite building security. There is also a smart hub, DO NOT tamper with, unplug or cover any of these devises. 
4. Check Out Procedure: Check out time is/or before 11AM.  
• Before departure please be sure to do the following:
• Place all garbage/trash/leftover fridge items in the trash chute nearest your unit. They are located beside the elevator.
• Load and run the dishwasher.
• Leave the used towels in the tub. Do not wash or leave them in the washer/dryer. The housekeeper will collect them.
• Pull out sleeper sofa if it has been used.
• Leave sheets and blankets on the beds.   
• Please leave our home tidy.
